I just thought I'd share this as it was passed along from the company my mom works for. So here is an explanation of what they are looking for and hopefully it can benefit somebody on here.

Job Description
Are you looking for some extra work? Then Lawrence Merchandising Services may be the company for you…We are currently seeking candidates for work in our Plymouth office helping in the warehouse in the kitting/mailing area. Due to several upcoming projects, it may be full-time from February through mid March. The type of work that we have available is primarily assisting with new shipments, collating and picking materials for mailing, moving boxes and unpacking new materials as needed. This is an on call position and if called, you would be expected to work from 7am to 3:30pm. Physical requirements for this position include; standing up to 8 hours at a time; walking; bending; squatting; kneeling; occasional reaching above shoulders; frequent repetitive hand motions, and frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds with occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Qualified candidates will be able to work independently and in a team, able to pick up tasks quickly, very detail oriented and efficient, and flexible with their schedule. The pay is $10 per hour.
