Almost forgot to mention I have a weird rusty color in my coolant. Could It be copper spray from my headgasket?

When was the last time the coolant was flushed? You should also do a block test. Easy way to tell if you have exhaust gas in the coolant.

I just ran straight hose water through it not to long ago. I'll post another pic of the pan I put the coolant into. There is settlement on the bottom.

I doubt a little copper spray would be visually noticable in the 3+ gallons of coolant in your system

The rust color may come from some breakdown inside of the radiator. I would just monitor the coolant color as you continue to drive it.

It's always confidence inspiring when you take something apart that isn't working, find nothing wrong, then put it back together and it magically starts working fine.
