I might have to see if I can make it. I would like to get some base times and a base dyno on the bimmer.

Really?! Snell 2000?! Last time I was there they wanted snell 2005! That was a year ago. What gives? I have an open face one I can let go for stupid cheap, collects dust on top of the entertainment stand.

At least that's what th rules say on there page may I have to call and confirm.

This info was copied right from the rules under Wednesday night drag section

• All vehicles must be a street legal car, truck, or motorcycle that is currently registered for street use.
• Helmets are required for all racers. Helmets must be rated SNELL 2000 or newer.
• All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and must be 16 years old to race. Drivers who are 16 and 17 years old must have a waiver signed at the front gate by parent(s) and must be accompanied by a parent.
• Drivers cannot wear shorts, nylon wind pants or tank tops. No bare legs or bare torsos permitted while racing.
• Cars cannot be faster then 14.99 seconds in the quarter mile with a passenger. All passengers must be 16 years or older. If they’re under 18, they must have a parent consent form that’s signed at the front gate.
• Quarter-mile elapsed times that are quicker then 11.49 seconds require specialized racing equipment or licenses. If you suspect that you may be going faster then 11.49 seconds, please consult the NHRA rule book, NHRA Tech Dept.

Just so you know they don't ever give a fuck about helmet ratings on Wednesday nights. ;)

I got one. But I have different issues now so we'll see if I can get it fixed in time

Last year when I did a Wednesday at BIR night I almost didn't get to race cause helmet rating, I believe it needs to be snell 2005 or greater and mine was 2000. I think each tech guy is is a little less or more thorough then the next or something. I wouldn't make a 2 hr drive without the right lid if it were me.

Don't get to excited still have to fix mine. Lol. Should hopefully get it done tomorrow.
