More details mark. The chain is on the left side, how did you manage your right ring finger into the chain and sprocket?
The pit bike has a centrifugal belt drive clutch is on the left. The output of the clutch then goes to a jack shaft to a sprocket/chain drive on the right side. It’s a beast…It was a life changing weekend for me!

I think Pit vehicle accidents far out number track related accidents at any event. I have kinda grown to hate pit bikes and golf carts at events.

almost every track event I have been to requires a special permit for a pit bike/golf kart or just doesn't allow them at all.
I'm also against them, and even more so when alcohol is introduced and the majority of these people are young adults.
Fun time overall though. I really enjoyed watching TTS battle it out. Road Course was fun, and I had the most fun driving it in the rain Sunday morning.

We had a good frum roll, they were pretty close from 30mph up to 90mph or so when you just blew by me, my timeslip seems to agree with the results, both about the same mph in the 1/8 but you destroy me on the back half:
What's that? Bench racing with real logic!?! You are totally right dude! I even specifically waited for the end of the third honk to go (and no brake boosting ) to get the full effect. So sweet, you and I bench test every car we own against each other :)
Mr. Scheides for helping me pack up and load the car up on the trailer! This is the first time that I've been to the track and there is no follow up work to do to the car!
You've helped me so many times its the least I could do. I hope I didn't slip on this but the other thing I tried not to do was offer to drive your car for you down the track. Racing your own car is 90% of the fun and lots of people don't seem to get that.
Hey, it's my old car! Weggy was sending me messages wondering where I was. Except for the rain, this looked like a lot of fun.
Damn, Swifty's car looks sexy. :spin:
Spaz Evo with weggy rims actually. Spaz had issues and weggy had some non-insane epic tires so they swapped for the day.

Anyone get a good concept of how much faster the new track surface is? Andy?

I didn't bring my car so I don't have an accurate comparison. Turn 1-3 is faster and MUCH smoother than before. Everyone I've talked with says 2-3 seconds. I think that is accurate too.

We should have drag results up on our event page (not FB) in the next day or two! Thanks everyone who attended, I am stoked that the weather held out and we got a ton of racing in!
Special thanks goes out to CWSCC for running what I would consider the absolute best part of this event year after year!
PS - Mark you got blood on my wifes headliner / visor, she complained but I told her she was luck I let her out of the kitchen ;)
