New air intake

Looking to do two fairly major things on the spyder. I wanna throw in a new short ram intake, and a new exhaust system. Wondering if anyone has any insight on the mass air flow sensor, I think, and maybe a cheaper or used exhaust system that I can get, preferably used but not abused. I am not looking for a loud ass exhaust I prefer a lower throatier sound.

Which engine do you have in your spyder? What were you wanting to know about the MAS?

I have the 2.4 non turbo

Do I really have to worry about removing it? And if so how would I use it in a new air intake? Doesn't seem interchangeable

Don't remove it, your car wouldn't run. An intake won't really do much, maybe make it sound a bit different at the most.
