Hey guys, i have a full set of evo 9 calipers and would like to put them on my 1g. I know i need some custom brackets, but cant find any for sale. Does someone know what all i need to do to get them to fit and what parts ill need including what rotors i should invest in? Would be sick to get the talon to brake like the evo!! Thanks for the help guys!

On another note, i have 2 evo recaros im trying to add to the talon as well. What brackets do i use to swap them in?

Sell them to me? Just kidding if I were to spend that kind of money I'd make sure they were at least aluminum hats to she'd some weight.

Here's a link to the guy that makes the kit in Wisconsin.

Thanks for the help guys! I have some brackets being sent out. Now can anyone advise on rotors? Do i just order evo 9 rotors and they'll fit?

As far as brackets for the recaros, i have both the 1g and evo brackets, so we will just custom fab something to get them to fit.

Rears will be different on a 1g since the Evo's have the drum style e-brake like a 2g. Not sure if the rotors will bolt up, but you'll lose your e-brake I would think.
No idea on the fronts.

I am going to be doing this as soon as my hardware arrives (front's only). I'll post up a brief list of materials used and how it went together. I have brackets from the Tuner's vendor.

The easiest way to have a parking brake if you utilize the rears is to install an inline hydraulic hand brake ala rally style..
