car bogs when turbo boost help!!

Alrighty peps I have an issue with my galant. So my car was recently dead and I finally got it back up and running but for some reason when my turbo boosts it bogs really bad. I have a 2g maf, 560 injectors, walbro 255 and a chip from Shane for those, but it still bogs really bad. Any ideas of what it could be? Any ideas would really help. I don't have an air compressor to do a boost leak test so I'm at a lost right now.

Any CEL?

Check your plugs/wires.

Make sure all your clamps are tight.

check connector fitment?

no cel, i checked the plugs and there were some white powdery stuff on em....

Yea so now the car runs good no more bog so my guess is maybe bad gas or something.. but we will see
