I had Danny at DB weld mine on.
My TIG is down for 6-8 weeks while redoing my basement/shop.

thanks jet...pushit2.0 did get to me though and said he can handle it, but the only thing I am worried about is getting every metal shaving out from behind the baffles, so I am waiting for a response on how that is remedied

Buy some weld in baffles, that is what I did.
Parts washer and air gun will get them out.

Id do that, there was a guy on the dsmlink forums taht was selling the weld in baffles.
When I did mine I drilled my own holes and ended up just not rocking a baffle as I didn't want to miss a piece.

i just spend an hour or so washing mine with dawn dish soap few cans of brake cleaner....flushed it with warm water and it was good to go. Oil change soon after ...no spun rods yet :)
