New DD

[Halon]

Wife has been thinking about a new DD for awhile now. I was out of town on a work trip, came home and she found one she liked, so we traded in her 04 Mazda6, wrote a check and brought this baby home today.

2013 Ford Fusion SE
1.6 Turbo Ecoboost
204A Appearance package which gave it the 18" wheels, spoiler, fogs, and leather wrapped steering wheel.

She wanted no other options. She didn't like her sunroof in her Mazda, the new fancy MyTouch system from Ford was too complicated for her, and she doesn't really care about leather, etc. So I guess that worked out nice because ended up saving a bit of money keeping it simple. I love the color she chose. Funny thing is I just had almost an identical one as my rental on this past work trip and on the long highway drives in Charlotte at around 70mph I was getting around 40-42mpg, so should be a highway MPG killa for our trips to Fargo and Ottertail!

Also want to thank Trogdor for trying to help us find something, even though she ended up finding (and buying) the one she loved from a different dealer. I do appreciate it.

Great pick up! We looked at these as well, and almost picked one up. Ended up with a G37xS instead, but the Fusions are a great car, loved them. Ford did solid with these.

Damn. That's the first new Fusion I've liked. The color is awesome! The 18' wheels really help too. Nice buy!
