There should be good video of me racing a red Z06 on spray and a couple of other Evos.

For talking about going, it was a 2500 mile round trip. We spent ~$1100 on fuel towing my car on Shane's trailer to get there and back.

I lost 2 nights of racing due to bullshit gremlins with m car. Which is what happens when you don't get to really test things before you need to run it.

How long were you down there for?

Honestly not sure. I think swift said he had it weighed and it was like 2900lbs. Don't remember if that was with him in it or not.

If we are serious about this I would say as much weight reduction as possible over next winter. And an e98 tune on as much boost as possible

Full tube chassis! And don't forget a dogbox. Nobody wants to strip gears racing UGR anything.

I was just about to post the 3dx evo link in a thread haha. Glad I looked before I did.

I find it funny how butt hurt they get. I should just go 6466 instead of my 6266 and then apparently i can beat lambos ;)

For 900ish whp his car hung pretty well with a car with way better aero, more power and more displacement.

I'd love to go down there too! I think my car if it doesn't break might be able to have some respectable fun down there (still the low end of the totem pole though). But I will strip it if I do go there.

I'd have to make a decision next fall if I am going.

Lol a full tube chassis would be nice! And unfortunately I doubt a dog box will be in the budget but I should be able to get my shep stage4 refreshed so it would at least have a fresh tranny in it

I've been following the drama from the 3Dx Evo all day...

I am totally planning to go next year... I just need to meet someone who owns a high-powered car.

Biggest. Douchebags. Ever.

Grown men acting like 15yr olds.

I got down there around 2PM Wednesday and left around 6am Monday.

That guy with the 3Dx evo was trying to stir the pot with everybody. The guy saying "there is no such thing as hunting lambos" really sound's like Peter Blach who is a cool guy, same with Tim(the green lambo is probably his). Chase(evo guy) is really just douchey. Mullet was even starting to get pissed, and the few times I talked with him between the two years I went was a cool dude too(nothing says zero fucks given like rocking a mullet, and having a huge collection of Star Trek stuff).

Seriously though, there's people there with all sorts of power levels. That said, 5-600 is probably the minimum to have a good time, imo.

With stops for food/fuel it's about 19 hours one way. On the way down we stayed in Oklahoma City(mainly to buy E98, which a station there sells at the pump for $3.34/gal) which was ~12-13 hours on the road. The way back we stayed just north of Kansas City, MO which was about the same time on the road for the first day of driving.

I was impressed as well when you figure the 900 WHP in the Evo is a fairly peaky number and typically a 1100 WHP Lamborghini has FAT torque and a much higher average HP for their peak number.

Brad, lets just ride down there and make a trip of it haha. Stay at cheap motels, about the same price or cheaper. Possibly get down there faster to
