That's a Lancia Triflux designed for the never-raced Group B rally car, Lancia ECV II.

You can see a little of the head design in the first drawing. The criss-cross valve configuration is interesting. I don't know if I'd see the benefits of twins with today's turbo technology though. It would definitely make a cool RWD project engine though.
