Check the first post. It also might help to specify what tuning software or logging software you use.

Ah gotcha! My phone downloaded it but won't let me open it. I'll have to try on a computer later

The log works for me. You need to adjust your global fuel adjustment to get your fuel trims to zero. If you have 1000cc injectors and are running pump gas you should use -55. you can also go into the fuel settings click the calculate box type in your injector size and it will do the math for you. Then click use. try to get your combined fuel trim as close to 0 as you can. make a nother log and post it.

This will tell you everthing you need to know. http://www.ecmtuning.com/wiki/quickieafsetup

Are the slider correcions from your previous tune? The adjusments to the timeing sliders are a little extream for a new tune.

A log at idle isn't going to tell much. Idle is the area of a tune that can vary the most from one car or setup to the next. Your O2 is wanting to add a lot of fuel at idle though, but fixing that could be as simple as a little change to the dead time. As Carl said though, if you have 1000cc injs on pump gas, then the global should a bit closer to -55%. And you would never have that much timing added to pump gas, it's rare to have much timing added to a pump gas tune, unless you aren't running very much boost.

If you are running DSMLink 2.5, I would use the older software. I like it better for the old stuff, except the new software has the reset fuel trims button that comes in handy when you are starting out trying to get things close.

wow thanks for all the posts fellas. it's on corn though not pump. Does that help with anything? I will do whatever you guys think I need to do to get me around and to db safely. I have alot to do before I plan my dyno time though. Shane what would be the benefit of using the older software on my 2.5 before I get 3?
