In the immortal words of Jeremy Clarkson, "Leaf Springs!"

That being said, I'd take this over the fat-ass GT-R.

Super Bleeder!!

I wonder how much effect these will have on C6Z's they are already one of the best bangs for the buck out there.

My one complaint, like the rest of America, is the rearend/taillights, but even still, it's a very good looking car. Is this the full production model or late prototype? If late prototype, hopefully they de-Camaro the back a bit. I bet it looks much better in person though. The interior sure is improved too! It's nice to see some bolstered seats finally and a dash not lifted straight from an econobox.

Yea, first thing I thought was that it looked kind of Camaro-ish. I haven't seen pics of the interior at all, hopefully it's better than the older ones and has a higher build quality on the interior. Any exterior pics of any in white?

I wonder how one of these would be a for a DD? 450/450 makes it more powerful than my car, most likely with a fatter powerband, and at a lower weight.

Looks pretty awesome to me!

What is base price for a base vette, like 55ish usually? Going to need to wait ~2years before I would consider buying one. Which works as by then you will have good aftermarket support and know if its a turd or not.

Right now rumors are saying ~$54k base price for the Stingray (which will be the base model).

I'd have a hard time not having a RWD car in Texas. Especially if I could start over with no giant investment in the evo.

RWD V8 does make sense down here; long fast highways with minimal inclement weather. When we do get it, everything shuts down anyway. I wish I could find my pics of the Z06 driving through the snow though.
