first off it will not be anywhere NEAR midway, and Nowhere Near AV, the place is yet to be determined.
as far as legality everyone knows how much i obey the law.

BTW Joe, why did you not race swanny last year for that 20 spot you were going to.Tom of course is easy money for a moped, but you seemed to back out last time as soon as that may not have been the case.

I am thinking it will end up being one of those races like he did against the other Joe. Power braking and building boost ready and anxious to go not realizing he is in reverse. Probably this time he will bang his head off the dash and end up hitting the cars blocking for traffic.

Maybe I should go, this is starting to sound really entertaining.
