Okay heres the story. My car had mad idleing problems, when I would drive and put the clutch in the idle would drop below 750rpms and almost die out. Okay so a bunch of people told me to change the ISC (Idle Speed Control). I did and it idle well but it goes up to 2000rpms when the cars gets warmed up. But when it does idle at 900rpms, it sounds like Im running on 3 cylinders. Pls help. :headache: :headache: :headache:

What do you have for a blowoff valve, and is it vented?

Does it still blow back into the intake before the turbo or is it vented to the atmosphere?

Vented BOV, other intake leaks, BISS screw misadjusted, missing BISS o-ring, alot of things can cause idle problems. If you are local, I'd recommend having an experienced DSM'er check it out, and your turbo problem as well.

Make sure the spark is good too. Cap, rotor, plugs, and wires should be checked. I had big problems for a long time because one of my wires never connected 100% to one of the plugs, so i ran 3 cylinders.

The clutch technician wants you to check the cap and rotor on your car with no distributor. Go figure.

As far as the problem goes, if you are not having ignition problems at higher RPM, I wouldn't waste time looking for it at idle. Check everything eric(LightningGSX) mentioned, after that, go throught he BISS adjustment while grounding the appropriate plugs then check your base timing while you are there.
