how old do you have to be to race at the track? just wondering cuz when i get my license i will want to go see how fast the car im driving is.

you have to be old enough to drive.

Some tracks require you to be 18+ or have a signed form by a parent or gaurdian.

thats it? it doesnt matter what kind of license you have? like provisional license?

Drivers license and 18/parent permission.
