Valvetrain Components?

So Im thinking about rebuilding my head when I refurbish my motor. Im wondering what I should get for valvetrain components.
Stock block, stock td05, fmic, 3" exhaust, bs elimination, act 2600, v3....

My goal right now is 350-400hp. I know stock heads will be good for 7500-8000 rpms, but I just want to be safe. Any input is appreciated.

All stock stuff or evo stuff for an upgrade.

I have all evo stuff and new style lifters in my 2G head that is sitting on the stand if you want them?

Toss some cams in there is the only thing that would be of help right now, nothing bigger than 272's.
