Anyone know this WRX?

I know it's a long shot, but does anyone know the history of this 2009 world rally blue WRX sedan (http://www.carlsontoyota.com/detail-2009-subaru-impreza_sedan_wrx-4~door-used-9283692.html)that's up at Carlson Toyota in Coon Rapids?

Looks like it has an upgraded top mount, intake, exhaust and gauges. Just curious. Might go take a look at it.
