They emailed me back and said.
"3 time trial run to 1030-11". So what I got was that everyone gets 3 time trials starting at about 5pm, since gates open for "nite drags" at 4pm. Then they run eliminations till 1030pm or 11pm.

I saw a schedule that showed some Friday night street legal drags in Aug-Sep. I'd call them to be sure but they might have a few left. I think it's only ~$35 for those.
