Dyno Day...?

I am new to tuning as of last year... and relatively new to this forum. I have done just enough mods to my Evo X where I want to see how she's doing. What is usually involved in setting up/organizing a dyno day? I would love to attend a group outting to get a few pulls and meet some of you guys, but haven't been to one and don't see any threads about an upcoming one, so I just thought I would reach out. Thanks!

We have one in the spring and then one in the fall, usually around end of September / beginning of October.
