who here has tial wg i have a few questions for you..

there are two niples on it, one is on top and one on the side.

by the diagram the top one goes to the boost controler and the side one goes after the boost controller?

I have a 38. Use the side one and leave the top one open.

It really depends on which boost controller you have it hooked to.

I have the Profec-B and it uses a pressure differiential set-up to counter the spring pressure. This means that a 15psi spring can be made to act like a 30psi spring if you want it to. On my set-up, the boost controller goes to the top fitting to add more pressure to the "close" or top side of the diaphram spring. The intake boost pressure goes to the "open" or side fitting to push the wastegate open. I have a 1.0 bar spring in mine. Turn the boost controller off and I get 15-16psi which acts like a stock wastegate. Turn the boost controller on and I get 18psi & 25psi based on my two settings I use. By adding boost pressure to the "close" or top side of the diaphram, you get more boost because it acts like a stronger spring.

If you are using a MBC hook it to the side fitting, leave the top fitting open.
