Very nice acquisition! I've always liked 1ga's in white :)

Good, they seem to be the most produced color of 1g i swear.

[QUOTE=evotuner;408351]no man thats cool, i personally dont care if you live in Japan and are on a mn forum lol....we just had a guy not too long ago from san diego i think it was who was flammed out of here rather quickly lol. but he was a homo and non turbo talon LOLZ....he didnt even know this was a mn forum so thats the main reason i asked.aveUOTE]

haha, non turbo. its a big ricer scene out here. dont get me wrong, there are some really nice fast cars. but ostly its people who just put body kits on there civic and think its fast.

out here, you cant really do any mods to your car. if you dont pass visual inspection, you wont get tags. and passing smog is already a problem :angryfire:

Sorry to come at you like that though.

but there is some ways to get around it :P

So i did a compression test today.
cold results were # 1-4, 140, 145, 140, 150

Tomorrow i'm going to do a leak down test.

I plan on picking up a complete longblock within the next month and rebuilding it just for fun, and a spare motor.

I've been doing random little things to the ride.
I fixed the smoking, it was a blown turbo seal. there was a compressor side that came with the car. so i cleaned it up,put it on and its good so far.

I cleaned all the oil out of the ic piping/intercooler.
reloated the maf because it was pinchine a vacuum line were it was.
took off the lower timing belt cover and cleaned in there.
hooked up a oil pressure and boost gauge, re did allot of wiring were the radio goes (it was a complete mess), hooked up a deck
re did allot of vacuum lines.
put three different pcv valves on because they were al shit.

allot of little things that i get anal about.

Things still on the list-

-all new tb components
-new dp
-new o2 wiring
-alternator, possibly saturn
-more vacuum lines
-mbc
-gm maf/maf translator
-lc1 wideband
-datalogger
-some kind of headstuds
-new lifters
-catch can

picking up a longblock to rebuild for 200 bucks.

as of right now, i just want to do a stock rebuild, .20 over.
with all the machine work you could think of. clearences is my main thing.

Nice man, if your getting a lc1wb you have no need for the "new o2 wiring" you have on your list. Its looking good though cant wait to see this thing

did you just put your wideband in the o2 bung? i thought it should be like 17-28" from the o2 housing or something like that.

That is a nice little 1G! I feel sorry for you trying to mod a car in "over the top" California. LOL
