If the MPG is that bad, my first though would be faulty front o2 sensor.

Heard it could be breaks too, it is a little jumpy from start and shifts funny sometimes

Do a scan and see if any codes come up. Check engine light? O2 is the first bet.

Brakes you mean? A stuck caliper would slow you down.. but youd notice the sound and a really hot wheel, as well as your brakes probably ground down to the metal on the pad..

Do a A/T fluid flush and replace the filter...along with a new front o2 sensor. Take care of all the other regular tune-up and maintenance items too.

Got the car lifted up no stuck brakes, air filters good, no check engine light, I'm baffled.

What are the AFR's at cruise (NB voltage)? Does the car feel sluggish at WOT?

I had a Kia once that the catalytic converter got clogged and mileage tanked. The only tell tale problem I could find was reduced performance at higher RPM and load.

It is slow as hell but I always just figured it was the car. I have a obd scanner comin in the mail so i can get some readings soon
