A guy I know drives a Starion, and I've always loved the sound of the BOV fluttering. I've looked into it and some people say it's not a good thing, does anyone know about this?

It generally means the spring is tensioned too tight or the spring is too stiff. It can be a tricky balance though depending on how quickly the turbo spools and how much peak boost you're attempting to run.

Its a stock wastegate no bov i guess, but he had the engine built, and is runing 14 psi in the stock turbo, bearings are goin out hauls ass tho.

Put a Stock 1g BOV on there before it breaks the turbo shaft in half.
