Electrical issue.....

My 90 eclipse runs great. But at night when I have to turn the lights on, they pulse-ate. Or flicker rapidly. Any ideas? Our has anyone had this same problem? I haven't looked into it yet just wondering if anyone had any ideas.....? Any help would be great!

Three things I'd check. Alternator, battery, ground points, in that order.

Alternator fuse too, that thing does all kinds of whacky stuff when it goes out.
