Alright cool blageo let me know please, and Aaron funny man I would but I'm 150 into my own lines and fittings. Pays another 80 for an oil cooler that I think might of been part to blame for my engine failure, so I just need to find a replacement oil cooler.....no used parts on such a crucial engine part....no more learned my lesson. The risk of the smallest shavings potentially being in there paranoy me you can't really flush them either. This is a brand new rebuild so I'm trying to be real careful heh

not that i dont understand being warry of a used part, but i feel like being a dick and pointing out something.
being worried about flushing a shaving out of a used oil cooler then saying there is no way to flush it out seems kind of self defeating to me.

Ughhh what? Did u miss the part about me not wanting to take a potential gamble repeating a foolish mistake? I got a used one the first time and just cleaned it out with carb n brak cleaner ect poured oil throigh it but unless its a tube style like cheap cheap ones that does you no good. I wasn't implying aaron is selling me garbage I've done buisness with him before, dudes a stand up guy I think ....so no I'm not being a dick and yes I can be as picky as I want on my car .... so ill just let this... go as a you misunderstood what I said :) and unless you have a ofh please stay out of this thread. If aaron is offended believeeeee me he'll make it known!

its called a joke man. nobody said anything about aaron being upset or anything about him being anything less than a stand up guy.
your saying your scared of a metal shaving being flushed out by the engine. and then say there is no way to flush it out. so if the engine is capable of using pressurized oil to flush out a shaving and kill itself, why wouldnt you be able to use pressurized oil to flush it out on a work bench?
im trying to point out that your contradicting yourself by being worried about something, then later saying that it cant happen. aka a joke.
not trying to say go get a used part or anything like that because if your not comfortable with it just dont do it. just making a joke.

.....again since I obviously need to reiterate my point....I already considered the option of flushing ...did plenty read up's ...asked some of the best on our forum...their response to the bench flushing....ABSOLUTELY NOT! Therefore sir the key word potential, maybe,, perhaps, slight chance whatever else you wanna use to describe the fact shavings could stilllllll be trapped inside no matter how much you flush....I'm sure evntually it'll clean up ...but time ...money...hassle wise id rather just put the regular oemofh on untill I decide to go a different route...hence why this wtb thread :) that I would please like cleaned up moderators.
Thank you,
