Anyone go and see it over the weekend?

Just curious if it's any good. I've heard both good and bad things about it. I for one, loved the first one!!

It was hilarious. Love all the movie spoofs in it. And of course Puss In Boots stole the show.

Definately go and see it!!!!

Terrible movie! I really liked the first but this was was just too short and predictable. After the first 5 minutes are you able to predict exactly how the movie will end. It was a lot more boring that the first too. The cat in the movie was amusing, but deffinately not worth the $6-8 wasted.

I have to agree with Chris, took my daughter to see it on saturday and was ready to fall asleep after the first 5 minutes.

I saw it over the weekend. It was pretty good. If you liked the first one, you'll like this one. The only thing that annoyed me was the stupid old coots in back of me. They laughed at everything in the movie. And I mean everything.

If you watch it just for the detail in the animation you will be blown away!! They really went all out on it.

I think that if you like animated movies you will like this one. And some of the humor you will appreciate more as an adult than a kid. Most of the kids will be laughing at one part while the adults will be laughing at another. It's kinda like the first movie in that way. A kids film intended for adults.

Some people just get way too serious.... B)

Shrek 2 contains fun and excitement for the whole family. The plot beautifully parralels Shrek 1, there are numerous pop-references,the CGI is amazing, and i definetly recommend it. When you arrive at the movie teathre, prepare yourself for laughs, tears, and smiles.
