2g maf-t manual?

I am looking for the 2g dsm maf-t manual. I have been looking on various boards and have even tried google, but i can't seem to find a working link to the manual. So if anyone has a good link to it or possibly have it saved to your computer, i would greatly appreciate it if you help me out.
