I tried to get some of the track cars we sponsor to go, but none of them can make it that weekend. Can my wife join the time attack, if she just wants to get some lap times? Will the time attack run at the same time as the open run groups?
anyone can do the time attack. Time attack and HPDE will be mixed in together. We are grouping cars based on their performance and driver skill level.
All thats needed to do the time attack is the extra $20/day for RFID rental.

Question:
Do the times for track portion in the TTS also count for the 'Time Attack' or would there have to be dual registry?
Just wondering if for some reason a car registered in only the TTS also posted the overall fastest hot lap?
Thanks!

Good question and No.
However if you do the 2-session special and add the $20 RFID, you can then compete for the Time Attack.
Also just to be clear, The Time Attack is a 2 day competition, so anyone competing on either days are eligible.

I see, but in the description: http://www.cwscc.com/maptts.php (http://www.cwscc.com/maptts.php) it's stated, "Using RFID timing, we take your best lap time of your 2-20minute track sessions."
Is the road course part of TTS not already a 2-session special with an RFID? I am guess I'm not understanding the difference, thanks! :)

Yes the TTS does have you out on track for 2 sessions, but you can only compete in either the Time Attack or TTS, no both.
Here are your 2 options:
TTS - $150
OR
Drag - $25
AutoX - $25
2-Session Special w/RFID rental (Compete in Time Attack) - $100.
Both get you the same amount of track time and at the same price.

I also received another good question in an email.
"What if I want to do the TTS as well as a 2-session special on Saturday?"
Answer: Not a problem. The drag portion of the TTS is run almost all day on Saturday. You can easily get in a few passes and run 2 sessions on the big road course. However you cannot compete in both TTS & Time Attack.
These are all good questions and I will add these to the Reg site. Thanks guys.
