It'll be cheap, I think it's treated as a replacement plate, meaning you're only paying for the plate, not any of the fees that make the DMV experience so pleasurable.

Cost me a grand total of $20 and half of that was some random fee. Glad it wasn't spendy.
I did check the DMVs website but they didn't have any good info on what happens for stolen plates.

Did you get two new plates with differant letters/numbers?

Yeah but since they are vet plates they come in the mail so i'm rocking the yellow paper in the window again lol in the 4 months i've owned the car it's only had plates on it for about a month :/

I agree vet plates should be free.
