Yep, that's Caesars, I was just there a few weeks ago. Vegas is beautiful this time of year.
Del Taco is the shit. Every spring we go to Phoenix, that's my first stop, two macho tacos to go please.

Very nice!
I'd never really looked too hard at the engine bay of one of those, I didn't realize the engine was really THAT far back.

Oh, I know. I just hadn't ever really paid attention to the proportions that made it possible on that chassis; how far forward on the body the wheels are, how far back the firewall is, etc.

It wasn't about whether you knew it or not. But I, as you, have never looked closely at an s2000 engine bay. I think the strut tower bar makes it more obvious though.

You can fit a 2jz or lsx motor in there with a good amount of room to play!

I remember when I lived in Duluth there was a fairly high powered turbo S2000 that use to show up to our drags at the airport maintenance road. He mentioned at the time that there was a weakpoint with the rear end that liked to ker-splode as you upped the power or launched hard. Can some of you s2000 guys chime in as to what this might have been and what the common preventative methods are?
