I really do like red on an evo. I dig how the CF hood and trunk look with it too.

figured i'd listen to every one and sealed this up today. Also checked all of the wiring harnesses. Thankfully EVERYTHING is perfect :)

Haha awesome! You realize that almost everyone I know put this off forever and ever despite my warnings....you took action faster than anyone I know--GOOD WORK!

This and some snow tires and you're ready for winter.....plus heated seats of course...:P

I'm pretty sure i'm going with goodharts advise on the color for the wheels. They are at the shop and they just haven't gotten around to blasting them.

Had to turn the key a bit this morning to get it to start, hope the switch to E70 soon!

I messed with this pic of my evo a bit and fell in love with how it turned out. It's my current desktop background.

That's funny, mine fires up every time now, no more multiple key turns or hesitation.

Maybe a new motor'll fix it?

Took my Gf and her friend to dinner in lacrosse tonight in the evo. On the way there I was driving nice "granny shifting, not double clutching like I should," and she told me my car sounded like it was going to fall apart. :( (open dump on my o2 housing). On the way back from dinner I brought the car to 3k rpm down town lacrosse and my gf's friend said "Oh my peacock revving your engine." ...... I laughed it off. Getting on the highway from a stop I took it to 6500 in first and second. (car made 450@map) She screams and says "My stomach just went into my ass!" we all laughed.

LMFAO nearly exactly what my wife said when I did 2-3-4 NLTS in my evo8 leaving ridgedale a few years back...I think her exact terminology was 'my stomach fell out my ass'
