Ya I just through that twice to bring my car to MAP for some Fab work, would like to drive it and save $57. Just my luck, Shane is out for the day so I have to wait until tomorrow.

You should be able to dial-in base settings and drive the car to DB out of boost.
What is your deadtime and global for the injectors? Base fuel pressure? All ethanol in the tank or some pump mixed in too?
Speed density requires proper working map sensor among a couple other things. Do you have everything wired in correctly? Consult this link http://www.ecmtuning.com/wiki/sdsetup

Global is -53.5% and deadtime is 435. FP is set at 45 and it is all e-85 in tank. I have the bundle from ecmtuning along with their plug and play cable. I have V3 but just can't seem to get it to idle right. I am gonna check my electrical timing tonight and give it another shot.

Here I finally got a log for you guys to take a look at. I have a Mac so im not sure if you can view it if you don't have the driver for it but take a look anyway.
How do you link the log? Says its invalid.

well e85 is not idle friendly ... my car refuse's to idle on it ... but besides the point
speed density is not that hard to set up i believe dsmlink v3 has a auto tune function that is set up for base tune .. what dose your wide band say. That is your friend . Did you read the manual, it explains how speed density works and how to set it up .
www.ecmlink.com read the pdf on set up its painfull to read and understand but it can be explained

I read that but I found out my omni 4 bar is reading -29 When then the car is off which explains why the car is dumping so much fuel in. Now I just have to figure out if the sensor is bad or if I messed something up.

Is there anyone that has the SD package from ecumenical, be willing to let me swap in the known good omni 4 bar to see if it is my sensor that is bad?

Well my injectors may be leaking so I pulled them and shipped them to FIC. I also bought an easy tune box to help get these going. Will let you know what FIC says and if the easy tune box helps.

As long as you have the speed density air flow sensor hooked up with links SD plug it should be easy as pie to get it running to get it to DB on V3 link. On E85 since you have a 2g you should have a base FP of 43psi, injector size should be what ever size you are using, and stoichiometric ratio should be 9.8526 or pretty much 9.8. have that set correctly and then use this http://www.ecmtuning.com/wiki/sdsetup to get SD set correctly, using the SD table in link provided to you and then running combinedFT it should really be pretty easy because thats what link does, makes it easy. You should be good to drive to DB to get your timming advanced and add boost because that's all they will probably really be doing or should do since you can get it running good yourself using links SD table.
