I decided to buy a new car since my Camry was on a slippery slope to the junkyard. I looked at it last Saturday and fell in love. Here are a few photos from last night. And yes, it is a 6-Speed.

Very nice, is it JDM?

Because your pictures have that JDM angle to it.

Nice, I want one of these, but they look wierd when all stock height and stock wheel'd. How much did you pay? I've been looking at some out of state ones since they're significantly cheaper.

lol. My buddy is the one that shot em. Just my shitty point and shoot at work.

I'm finding that there are TONS of JDM goodies for this thing, and they're easily accessible (twss). It's definitely getting the JDM headlights and a new grill. Either OEM Honda, or FEEL's.

Parts from companies like Spoon, FEEL's and Mugen are everywhere and give me the opportunity to really dig deep eventually.

Yeah, they do look kind of funky at stock height because the rear sits just a little lower than the front does (at least that's the way it looks.). This one isn't too bad because it has those wheels on it. Which I've never seen on any other TSX. Maybe they're aftermarkets with Acura caps???

I paid, with a $1000 trade in after taxes just over $14K. Tax alone was over $800. It was listed for $14,999 and when I looked at it both times it was cloudy and rainy. After having the car in the daylight I saw a lot of scratches I didn't see before and wish I had waited to see it in good weather. I would have negotiated another $600-$800 off.

The biggest downfall of the car is the paint on the front of the driver's door seam between the fender and the door itself. It's chipped off and has developed surface rust. Not very big, but VERY noticable. That will be fixed in a few weeks.

But all in all it's a solid car. I absolutely love it. Mods are in it's future, but I'm not sure when. I'm pretty confident I'm driving on the original clutch since it slips through first and second a bit under hard throttle.

I have a 06 TSX and love it.
I paid $16K out the door tax and title 2 years ago, 42K tan leather no Nav.

Those rims are not OEM, and it looks like someone added a lip?

Be glad you don't have the fog lights too, the lenses crack and look like poo.

I'm 98% sure they're the OEM A-Spec wheels and it's the A-Spec lip kit.

LingLing, you paid way too much imho. I've been looking out of state and one with that same amount of miles coulda been had for 2/3 the price. :/

Ah well, nothing you can do about it now, but nice car nonetheless.

TURBO it. K24's love boost. =)

It is just the OEM A-Spec kit. I do realize I paid too much. I was on a short time frame to find a new car and this popped up out of nowhere so I had to jump on it. It's hard to find a 6-Speed TSX locally. But ya know, I didn't have to bother with selling my Camry and it's a solid car that should last me many years.

Forced induction is tempting. I've wanted to build a K-series since 02. But this is my DD for now. But, not to say that it won't be modded. K-Pro is on the top of my list.
