I bought a 93 tsi with no motor or tranny. I built a 6 bolt motor and put a tranny out of a 91 auto into it and got the car all together to find out that the main big connector on the tranny is different than the connector on the car. So I have a 91 auto tranny with a 93 harness and tcu and am wondering if there is any way to make it work.

post a picture of the plugdsyou need I might have them. and you could solder them on your harness. If I dont have the plugs I have a main harness that you could swap in but thats a pain in tha ass.

I have no way of posting pictures but i know that the main on the transmission is rectangular and the main harness on the car is an oval shape. I was also curious if the tcu will work the same if i rewire the early connector to the later harness?
