This one even was captured on google maps! Anyone else have pics of engine swaps being done in not-the-best spot?

Epic spot to do it for sure. I hope they have nice weather there all year round.

123abc and i swapped 2 motors in a tiny apartment garage stall. there wasnt even enough room to walk all the way around the car. almost all of it was done late at night with the door down too!

When I was rebuilding the engine in my old CRX I was renting a bedroom in the basement of someones house. I tore the engine out in the garage, but the rebuilding of the engine took place in my room. It took me and my girlfriend, a sled and some rope to bring the assembled 1.5 liter back upstairs and into the garage. It was pretty fun actually.

Always done them in a garage, but I did assemble my shortblock in the basement two winters ago. I was all by my lonesome and wanted the thing upstairs so I carried it by myself. It was highly difficult. My legs were maxed out, haha.
