anyone know what is in the energy suspension kit ? i need the lower all 3 are gone

Call MAP and tell them which bushings you need. Be sure to get the black ones for less noise.

You should get the whole kit, do everything while your under there.

What's the price for both lower control arm kit and the whole , just realized I need them aswell

I purchased an entire kit from an online seller when I did mine, had the control arm bushings, sub frame bushings, tire rod bushings, ect. Something like this I believe should do the trick, http://jnztuning.net/shop/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=21_28_104&products_id=89

Doing everything pays off since you already have the car apart and it will handle alot better when you are done.
