I filed for the permit from the school. So assuming there is no conflicts with the school, we'll be having the All Mitsu Cookout on Sunday, August 28th.

I hate sunday's everyone hates going to work the next day after a show. What we really need is too do it on Saturday... does not matter the dates... but a Saturday would be better just because if it rains we have a backup day which could be sunday.
Its better to throw it on saturday and if a "Rain Out" happens then its thrown on sunday.
But whatever ill still try to make it if i dont work on saturday.. you would think alot of people would do overtime on saturday's but most of people dont do overtime on sunday.
Just my opinion.

College move in is the 27th-28th for me, so the 20th-21st would work better for me.

There are pros and cons for either day. We don't do rain outs. I have the permit for a particular day. Its a rain or shine event. Most car shows are ran that way. If it rains and half the people don't show, then I take it in the shorts and find a way to make up my losses.
I personally like Saturdays a little better, but this year I'm doing the Cookout on the same weekend as the Rally in Bemidji. But the rally is Friday and Saturday. So we are going to do the Cookout on Sunday, August 28th. My biggest helper with the Cookout goes to the rally and he is indispensable.
I appreciate the input.

Made some phone calls today and I think I have the big things set. The permit is approved for Sunday, August 28th. And both MAP and Brookdale Mitsubishi will be our main sponsors again! So I'll be getting a new thread put out there soon with all the sign up information and webpage info.
later,
Curt
