Don't know if this appropriate or in the right area, but frankly I don't care.

I remember talking to v8klla way before MAP even existed. He told me he would be opening his own shop and that they could handle my tranny work for me.

I kinda thought, mmmmmkay sure, well... Look at MAP now... It is mind blowing how far you have come. I just want to give credit where credit is due.

It is nice to know that the "American Dream" is still achievable. Nice work Chris.

Thank you very much sir :) Here's a funny link to look back at from July 2003:

http://dsmlink.com/forums/showthread.php?t=146

A friend and I are thinking about possibly starting an internet based DSM specific website. It is just an idea at this point in time, but I am interested in what the DSM community would want from a vendor?

For instance what type of parts, specific brands, payment options, shipping options, etc... Also what types of services would be valuable to you, porting for example?

I am just going to assume that low pricing, fast shipping, and outstanding customer service are a must!

What factors make you loyal to one particular vendor???

Thank you,

Chris Carey

Love it!

I was just looking at our PMs, was back in May of 2006. You already had the MAP website then too.

You could more than handle what I needed done now.

Since we have roots, I assume I get a 25 percent discount, bomb thanks bro!

Yup, amazing the size you guys have gotten to in such little time. You and Kyle were great to me back when it was just you two. And you still try to take care of me today. Much appreciated.

Lol agreed. It blows my mind how only a few years back, I walked into a tiny room with like 4 guys crammed in it, to buy some t-bolts and couplers, and didn't think much of it. Now I'm getting the chance to experience the rapid growth of the company. If only the shipping office wasn't up a flight of stairs...lol!

Yeah, hats off to MAP, it's nice to see great shops around the area still.

I must say, MAP has come a tremendous way. I remember when they were first talking about a shop and I as well said, mmmkay. I am amazed with their success, appreciation for the sport, and the loyalty to the customers. I have sent numerous people to MAP simply because they do good work and I will always help someone from my home town.

Way to go Chris, Heather, Alex, Kyle, and everyone else that made MAP happen.
