No spark on cylinder 1 and 4

still no spark on 1 and 4. Switch ECU,switch Injector resistor,switch coil packs,switch power transistor, new cam sensor,new crank sensor,new spark plug wires... patched up wires up still nothing now i'm stuck what there to try next?

Wire harness. Is there any sketchy areas on the harness that look like they could be frayed or shorted?

Got it fixed turns out to be the Ecu and both of my power transistors where bad. Thanks to cornfed2.4 for all the help!

Not a problem. I really didnt do much but hand ya some parts! Now only if I could figure mine out :( But at least it threw a code again!
