I'm looking for an intercooler for a 2.3L, 62mm car.
I'm looking specifically at the ETS 4", my reasoning for the ETS is the quality and the flow through is good because the car has AC.
Please post only helpful things.
Thank you.

Can't go wrong with an ETS.

What kind of car? I loved my ETS on my DSM because it seemed to be a good balance between performance, yet having less external fin density to still allow air through it for the radiator so the coolant temps stay decent. Perfect for street use. Plus the price was decent, they give a military discount, customer service was great, and it looked great. Zero complaints from me.

I picked up 10whp at DB just by ditching my eBay intercooler and going with an ETS. It fits perfectly and is built just as good as any other, and usually for a lot less money.

ETS, no doubt if I had to buy another that is who it is coming from.
Just saw you are looking at the 4" core. This is what I have as well. Pretty sure I will NEVER have problems with heat soak with this bastard.

I'm just worried about flow-thru as well and picking the right size.

my car does get warm sometimes if i dont have my fans on.. I have 2 10" ebay slim line fans for my rad and they get the job done. the fan on the drivers side i needed to make a heat sheld for. the wires started on fire the first time from heat of the turbo 0.o but now i got no issues, its not the most beautiful thing but it get the job done
