Car Prowler

So when i work part time at Target in Hudson WI. I park way out away from everyone where i know the cameras still reach. Noone should be parking by me out where I do and I come out and I see a red Mazda pickup parked next to me and he is looking in my car. had the sunroof open and the windows cracked and he started walking away all fast then he turned around and came back up to me all nervous scared looking and he goes you got the time then just walked away.
Drove my car to the other side of the lot and watched him he contined to go to like 3 or 4 other cars with their windows or sunroof's open and was looking in their windows. Called the cops I hope they busted him for crack or something.
