Its for my adapter off my turbo. more specific its the adapter so that my down pipe is v band.. a small plate that only this type of screw works. I have 3 but need 4

That's just a shaved down hex head screw, I don't think you can buy them like that.

Go get a matching bolt, any competent person with a lathe can quickly duplicate it.

Hell, some pliers and a bench grinder ;)

I don't know where to find a matching bolt to match that funnel of an end..

I dont know how to make something like this... It needs to have the elongated funnel at the beginning and the only thing that I can find is the ones that have the small funnel..

Get a standard machine head bolt and take it to the grinder. 5 mins and you will have another matching one. Thats what I would do.
