I really like the fact that everyone can agree on the fact that talking politics divides us, and probably should be kept out of the public realm on this site. Thanks Matt for locking that thread, not because I asked that it be done, but because it's obvious to all that it was already going down the shitter.

I also applaud Goat Blower for keeping his opinion as simple as I kept mine, and I'd like to thank all mods for allowing me to keep it. I had it as my avatar on SQC and they removed it without any explanation, stating it was offensive to some people. Well, George bush is offensive to me, Obama is offensive to most people on here, so what's the difference, really? Mao is still the "main guy" so to speak over here, and here I am in Chiner. Lots of people hate the dude, but he's already dead, what more could you ask?

Anyway. It's a small community, so why not make it as tolerable as possible while we still have time to do that. (That is, before 12/21/2012).

On the other hand, some people won't ever get off my shit list. :p

All the best from the Orient.

Agreed one of the main reasons I tend to not come here often is the stupid debates. Let's just agree on our love of cars and go from there.

The Chinese food here wasn't good enough for him.

This. And it was cheaper than going back to college for a degree in Chinese language or culture.
