Ok so i got some coilovers from this guy, sent the money, had everything set up ready to go through paypal, and all of a sudden he sends me a message saying that he needs them for his girl's car or some shit cause one of here struts blew outhttp://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsdown.gif. I don't know if i even believe that or not, but either way shit does happen so im like ok its all good as long as i get a refund. Well he says sorry and sets everything up to refund my money. well i got an email before saying that his bank has declined his E-check for my refund for whatever reasonhttp://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/images/smilies/confused2.gif. This is the only thing I've bought using paypal, so im not sure whats up.

Now is this just paypal messing things up, or is this something with the guy or his bank. why would they deny it?... unless he has no money in his account http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/images/smilies/speechless-smiley-034.gif Anyway I PM'd him and he said he has the money. does this happen from time to time, or am i going to be in for a fight and have to break out the court papers. This guy is fucking pissing me off. First he doesn't sell the shit he's advertising, then my refund gets denied, I had to wait 3-5 days for them to try again to get the refund, and now today the refund failed. Im debating on whether I should file a claim or just try call up the police. What about internet fraud lol, can I get him for that lol.

Anyways this guy is a fucking douche nozzle. This whole time to he hasn't said jack shit either except "Oh weird, I got the money I'll talk to the bank"... horseshit you cock sucker, you spent that shit didn't you. Seems sketchy to me that dude has been keeping quite the whole time like im just gonna go away. The only place I'll be going is to is fucking house with the police. If they won't back me up... I'll go there alone and handle that shit myself. Not sure what I should do here. I guess I'll maybe start with talking to paypal, and filing a claim

Use paragraphs and file a claim. Save all the conversations just in case.

Take a deep breath and about 3 minutes to make that more readable plz, I guarantee you will get more advice with proper paragraph structure. :D

Anyways, file a claim with paypal. I hope you didn't send the money as a gift though to skip the 3% fee, if so, you can kiss any chance of them doing something about it good bye.

Good luck.

Again sorry, I copy and pasted it, and was so worked up i didn't edit it. My computer won't let me indent the the paragraphs, so i atleast tried to break them up. These goddamn people just fuckin get me going man. I should be in a career field catching these people instead of automotive lol. Anyway I'm going to file a claim tomorrow and see what happens with it. This dudes just pissing me off big time.

EDIT: No it wasn't a sent as a gift thank god.
