there is a group of us from the north side that are meeting up at northern tool in Blaine at 8:45 going to be leaving at 9 come and join us.

Im confused.... So this is a Car Meet.. not a Car Show Correct? Whats the difference? there are still going to be spectators. Does this mean ANYONE can show up with there car?
