Don't worry it's useless. Cuda (nvidia runtime on thier cards) support physx a propriatary physics engine that most games don't use. Only crysis and company of heroes and a handful of others. In fact BF uses the havok engine which runs off of your CPU and is not supported by cuda. So my 8800gt as with most of the time will just be there for my 3rd monitor to use while my 460's are sli'd.

This game looks awesome.. when i watched that video a couple days ago i was having a hard time telling if it was real or CGI...
Saving up for a new rig now... My current is a 5 1/2 year old Alienware with a P4 860 "dual-core" and 7800GTX. It had been a great PC for me though, no complaints. That old 7800GTX was a phenomenal card when it first came out, i could run almost any game on high with x4 AA and it would just chew them up, but all the games and game engines have far surpassed its capabilities. Its pretty old now and giving me lots of problems... i think something on the motherboard fried, so its time to move along as 5.5 years old for a gaming rig is pretty much 2 feet in the grave. I wasn't even able to install New Vegas on it a couple months ago... Game wouldn't even play and the PC overheats and reboots by itself all the time now, even after a good cleaning/dusting and a reinstall of windows.
For a new one I think i'm going with Maingear and their Shift S... got rid of the extras i don't want and got the price down to $2400 with a single GTX 560 TI, I was able to land another for $100 from someone so i'll be able to SLI the 560 TI's, which from numerous tests on different sites, turn out to be almost as capable as SLI GTX 580's but a lot cheaper.

I really love how the power supply is on the bottom and everything fans out the top.. seems to make sense as Heat rises. ;) And yes, before it starts i'll head it off at the pass, i know i can, build my own... cheaper...new egg, blah blah. I've done it before and by the time i was done it wasn't THAT much more cheaper doing it the DIY route if you're buying all brand new, top of the line components. I think a few years back it only saved me $280. Anywhos... yeah, Maingear for me next!! I just love the brushed aluminum case and how all air flows out the top.
Also since there was talk about video cards in this thread.. how about these beasts that i read about on Engadget today... WANT!!!! :haker:
