Yea, that's one thing to keep in mind with a trunk relocation, if you plan to bring it to a drag strip that actually cares about tech you'll need a vented box and cut-off switch. Jeg's sell's kits, but I'm sure a guy could piece together a kit by himself that costs half as much as they want.
And if you go with a small battery, try checking out what Batteries Plus has, my buddy got a PC680 equivalent for way cheaper than the Odyssey's cost. His name is 95tsi on here if you wanted to ask him what exactly he has.

I'm going to put the battery into the trunk just because it's more reliable that way during the cold winters. I know I'm going to need the battery kill switch so I would eventually do that but probably just put the kill switch in when ever I have the time to do so. It's too cold to work on it right now :P Brother's civic is in the garage getting fixed. But, here's some links that may help out:

Previous owner had a system in the trunk so I will probably just route the wires the way the wires went from the engine to the trunk. I'll try to get pictures up once it actually gets warmer. Hopefully this helps man.
I seen those post over there. And its way easy to get the wire back there anyway. And I would probably do a battery box anyway to be on the safe side. Only cause I know I will be taking stuff in the trunk. I think that may be the route i go. Now Just gotta get supplies.

Picked up a couple little things for the car. Got a 1g shifter coming, Boost gauge, Solid shifter bushings- the factory ones are shot, may be part of my shifting problem. Gonna drive the car back home this weekend. And a buddy is gonna let me use his garage to switch the clutch.
Gonna try and get the interior cleaned up a little while i am at the in-laws this weekend. Still looking for a couple little parts for the car. In need of the drivers side a pillar trim and the other trim piece that connects to that one. And also the fuel door latch. Hopefully will find them soon.

well, I did get a few things sorted out on the Galant this weekend. I didn't plan on changing the clutch out at my father in laws, but he later said I could. But before than i got some little stuff done.
I fixed the stupid gas door latch. Snagged one off and eclipse and it was the same. I than did an emissions and egr removal. Almost all of the vacuum lines were cracked. I than redid what little vacuum lines i had to with new stuff. Added a Hallman MBC that i had bought for the talon. And also added an AEM boost gauge and Wideband i had bought for the talon.
I was going to use an a pillar mount for the gauges, but the gauge pod i had looked horrid when I did the test fitting. So i did a quick throw together and mounted the gauges under the radio. Still dont look bad for a piece of plastic.

I than started getting the car apart after my father in law said i could keep it in his garage. I did what I could get from the top as I did not bring my jack or jack stands with me.

Hopefully next weekend I will have the trans out. Different clutch in. And maybe drive it home.
We'll see.

I was planning on washing it before i started working on it. But where the car is located there is no places open right now. So it will be done as soon as i get it back on the road. Its pretty dirty in there. But what do you expect for a car that has lived a life on a gravel road.
I also gotta take a look at a couple oil leaks. Kinda looks like VC gasket is leaking, and oil feed from cylinder head is leaking too. Also gonna pull the heat shield off of the manifold. The top of the turbo looks nasty.

So had a buddy offer me a 16G turbo to put on the galant. Only one problem. The turbo came with a whole car. lol
The car itself has a nasty knock, pretty sure its a rod. BUt haven't dug into yet. Its a 94 talon DL that someone put a 4G63t into it. Its pretty hacked together in the engine bay, but the interior is really nice. Not quite sure what i am gonna do with it yet though.

I took the pics after we towed it back to my friends house so I can use the garage. This car would need alot of work for it to be a good reliable car. Wiring needs to be redone, motor fixed, and other misc things. Might just use it as a tinker toy.

Well, got the car together tonight, but still having one problem. I have bled the clutch twice and it still wont let me shift if the car is running. I am hoping I am just overlooking something.
