I know I pay for an uninsured/uninsured motorist coverage with my car insurance because its state law, to cover me if the other party has no insurance. Im pretty sure it is mandatory to have this coverage in Minnesota, are you sure you dont have this coverage? You probably are paying for it.

Just to ease your mind that the guy in the tahoe has no insurance.

you can do a dmv search or a car-facts to get the name of the owner then see if you can get the cameras from that mall area ?
