Does anybody here have any experience with automatics and nitrous?

Last year I ran 100 shot once I hit 2nd gear in the 1/4 mile and now that I have an auto I would like to do the same thing. I would also like to use it to get on the converter if need be.

I would like advice on how to safely use nitrous to get on the converter and spray down the whole track.

These are the options I have found after my research:

1) Use both the FPR and EGR setup in DSMLink. That way the I was spraying last year via DSMLink with the FPR. However I don't know if I need 100 shot for getting on the converter and spraying a wet shot that low kind of scares me.
2) Get another solenoid and just wire up a button to spray a small dry shot on the line to get on the converter and run nitrous the same exact way I did last year.
3) Get an ignition based 2 step and just run 100 shot all the time once it starts spraying. This was suggested by a pretty quick guy on the dsmlink forums, but I'm a cheap bastard and feel like I could get a single solenoid and what cheaper than I could an ignition based 2 step.

Opinions?

Option 2 works the best in my head. It would be like doing two stages only using Link to control it. Will it be on the same turbo? My car comes up on the converter really fast although it's a 16g car. Anti-lag is something I have heard used for stall spool also.

Option two seems to be the easiest in my head as well and would be like doing two stages. I'd just have the dry shot to get on the convert be a manual thing and the wet shot be controlled with link.

Maybe I should just try and race it first before assuming I wont be able to get it on the converter.

Yep, still the same turbo from the black car, FP HTA DSM82. One person said I MIGHT be able to get on the converter but I'd rather know I can than think I should be able to.

Only one way to find out. Is it going to be stock stall?

Nope, planned on getting it re-stalled.

Not 100% sure on what stall I'll get though.

I don't know much about the dsm torque converter. But I know that stock converters aren't ment to handle that shock and load that nitrous makes. You need differnt kind of bearing to handle it. When you do a big 100 shot. And there is a place in the cities that does restall on stock converters.

Just seeing if any local guys had any advice. I try to get as many opinions on stuff that requires any $ so I don't have to buy things or do things twice.

I was thinking about going with a restalled stock converter from IPT. I wouldn't mind trying a local place that could be cheaper and save me shipping costs. Does anybody know of a local place that restalls converters?
